1. Reboot the PC

Be sure to start your computer after closing the game and steam because the normal reboot to the system can fix some temporary problems or cache data. You have to try it.

2. Reconnect your controller/joystick

You have to get out of the Halo Infinite game and close the steam, then turn off your controller/gamepad. Now, turn on the controller/gamepad and connect to your computer. When finished, make sure to re-launch the Halo Infinite game on a PC to check this problem.

  • Launch Steam Client on a PC.
  • Click Steam from the upper left angle> Click on Settings.

  • Go to the directory and double-click on the file to run it. If requested by UAC, click yes to allow admin access. This will install the latest DS4Windows application on your PC.
  • Open the DS4Windows> Open the settings tab from the interface.
  • Click ‘Hide DS4 Controller’ to activate/convey it.

15. Try using a cable controller
